Prosecutor Shaming: Berkshire, Massachusetts Second Assistant District Attorney Robert W. Kinzer III

Mr. Kinzer thinks we must protect sexting teenagers from ruining their lives . . . by ruining their lives.

Whatever ‘answer’ there is to the issue, this is not it.

What would the MA law and Kinzer do when presented with a case of two 15-years-old caught (consensual) naked, in bed, having sex?  Would they be arrested?  Marked for life as ‘sex offenders’?  Nothing?

The anonymous reporter, however, goes far beyond bias, and even beyond bad faith–that is, beyond abusing his credibility as an “objective” reporter to further his cause. To judge by his emails to the reader, he has achieved a perfect Orwellian inversion. He has convinced himself that objectivity and bias (or at least his bias) are one and the same thing.

Exactly. So the press doesn’t need to be fair to conservatives, because we’re wrong. They don’t need to consider our concerns or arguments in an honest manner, because everything we say, no matter how reasonable-sounding, is in service of Wrong, because We’re Wrong. In addition to sending letters to black military leaders, Farrakhan said he planned to contact the city’s gang leaders to recruit gang members to “protect” any land the Nation of Islam may buy in the future.”All you gang bangers, we know you love to shoot, but you’re killing yourselves,” Farrakhan said. “All your weapons are illegal and you’re using them like savages.”But Farrakhan said gang bangers are “natural soldiers” and could be taught “the science of war” to become protectors of the Nation of Islam’s assets in the future.

But what about the Islamic Spaceship of Death?  Why the need for earthbound soldiers?
